The "menu" at Shamone is ever changing - you never know what you're going to try. Yianni Karapanagiotis, Peter Karapanagiotis, and George Brannon incorporate all fresh ingredients and unique recipes that give guests a truly one of a kind dining experience. Chefs can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free diners (with notice, of course). Sample menu items include meatloaf meatballs with fig ketchup, mac & cheese popper with jalapeño & three cheeses, spiced watermelon & lime gazpacho shooter, crab cake with lemon fennel aioli, and seared tuna taco with avocado pudding in a wonton shell.
