Mindfulness 101 in the Park

Learn a series of different exercises each week, from walking meditation to breath practives to various styles of meditation, just off the Mall! Bring your curiosity and a cushion or mat to sit on. No experience necessary. Instructor Lillian invites you to drop in for only $5 cash per class. Cool down after the class by grabbing some food and drinks from the Mall's coffee shops or even by doing some restorative shopping! Class is subject to changes and cancellations.
